Raffle Terms & Conditions
Entry Requirements:
- Entry is limited to one entry per pet
- Entrants to this raffle must be over 18 years of age by 1 January 2013
- Entrants cannot be an employee or relative of an employee of Animals First Limited or its associated companies. For the purposes herein, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
Prize
The prize is a One Year Wellness Package consisting of the following:
- 1 Year’s Wellness Package consisting of 1 Annual Vaccination (Booster)
- 2 Health Checks (one to be carried out at the time of Vaccination)
- the supply of treatment for the prevention of fleas and worms for a one year period from the date of the first treatment.
The One Year Wellness Package will be provided at our premises, Animals First Veterinary Hospital, Unit C, Block B, Link Business Park, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare.
The prize only consists of what is listed elsewhere in these terms and conditions. It is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
Closing Date & Draw:
The closing date for returning tickets and entering the draw is 5:00 p.m. on Thursday 19th September, 2013. Any tickets received after this time will be disqualified.
The winner will be drawn by an independent person on Friday, 20th September 2013. The winner will be notified either by phone or mail by the 27th September 2013.
In the event that we cannot contact the winner by 5:00 p.m. Friday 27th September, the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
If the writing is illegible on the ticket, the form is incomplete or, no contact details are given, a new winner will be selected on the day of the draw.
Publicity & Privacy
The winner's name will be announced on the Animals First Ltd. website (www.animalsfirst.ie/competitions) and Facebook page as well as relevant public media, online channels and print materials. Full address details will not be disclosed.
By entering the draw, the winner confirms their agreement to take part in any associated publicity. Winners will be asked to provide a photograph or to be photographed and interviewed to provide a quote about winning in order to help Animals First Ltd. promote it’s services and future draws.
Your participation in the Draw is deemed your agreement that Animals First Ltd. may use your name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you hereby grant Animals First Ltd. the right to do the same and expressly waive any claims against Animals First Ltd. in this regard.
Animals First respects, and is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide in entering this Raffle will remain private and will only be used by Animals First in the operation of its business and promotions.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Governance
The Winner acknowledges that the Winner shall be responsible for the payment of all tax, title fees, license fees, insurance requirements and other charges as may be required under any law, ordinance, statute, regulation or otherwise.
The organiser's decision is final on all matters relating to the award of the prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
By entering the Raffle, each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Raffle and the awarding of the Prize.
Animals First reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the raffle or alter the raffle at any time without prior notice.
In the event that Animals First deems an entrant to have in any way acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Draw and consequently deemed ineligible to win the Prize, as defined elsewhere in the Terms & Conditions.
By entering the Raffle, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Animals First Ltd., its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection to the Raffle or the acceptance of the Prize.
These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
